Step 2 On Blogger Dashboard Click ->Template -> Backup/Restore (Top Right)
Step 3 Click Choose File button and from popup window select your template file

XML file with a text editor (Notepad or something like that). You can simply select
the template file and right click on it after that select ->Open with ->Notepad.
